Suwanee · September-October 2023 Shopping Center Pressure Washing in Suwanee, GA Over three visits in fall 2023 we cleaned the paver walkways, sidewalks and curbs, the awnings, a courtyard fountain wall and the street sign at Suwanee Jubilee, a shopping center on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Suwanee. Smyrna · October 2024 Office Building Wash in Smyrna, GA We soft washed The Atrium, a glass-and-stone office building at 2400 Herodian Way in Smyrna, in October 2024. Ladders, ground rinsing and a tethered drone cleared the dark streaks from its stone panels. Suwanee · August 2023 and March 2024 Dumpster Pad and Enclosure Cleaning in Suwanee, GA We cleaned all four dumpster pads and enclosures at Suwanee Jubilee in Suwanee in August 2023, including the pads, the enclosure walls inside and out, and the gates. One enclosure was cleaned again in March 2024. Clarkston · April 2024 College Building Wash and Canopy Cleaning in Clarkston, GA During spring break in April 2024 we cleaned Georgia Piedmont Technical College's Paul M. Starnes Center in Clarkston: building wash, exterior windows, gutters, hot-water concrete cleaning and canopy cleaning. Snellville · September 2024 Shopping Center Sidewalk Cleaning in Snellville, GA In September 2024 we pressure washed the sidewalks, pavers and curbs and the dumpster pad at Shoppes of Scenic Highway, a shopping center at 2050 Scenic Hwy N in Snellville. It was our second cleaning there. Atlanta · April and June 2023 Pedestrian Bridge Cleaning in Downtown Atlanta, GA We cleaned the painted deck of the Nelson Street pedestrian bridge in downtown Atlanta twice in 2023, in April and June, working at night and in the early morning under a low-pressure spec written to protect the paint. Winder · February 2025 Shopping Center Building Wash in Winder, GA In February 2025 we washed the back of the building at The Shoppes at Turtle Creek, a shopping center at 429 Loganville Hwy in Winder, removing dark streaks of algae and mildew from the brick. Covington · June 2024 College Campus Sidewalk Pressure Washing in Covington, GA In June 2024 we deep cleaned the sidewalks, curbs and courtyard concrete around Building B at Georgia Piedmont Technical College's Newton campus in Covington with 200-degree water, and cleaned the underside of the picnic-area awning. Jonesboro · September 2025 Shopping Center Awning Cleaning in Jonesboro, GA In September 2025 we cleaned the metal and fabric awnings and the storefront glass at Lovejoy Village, a shopping center at 10375 Tara Blvd in Jonesboro. Awnings were washed at night and the windows two days later. Clarkston · April 2023 College Conference Center Building Wash in Clarkston, GA In April 2023 we washed Georgia Piedmont Technical College's conference center in Clarkston and its parking structure, working from a boom lift on the upper walls and brick towers and cleaning the parking deck, stairs and walkways. Flowery Branch · March 2023 Shopping Center Pressure Washing in Flowery Branch, GA We pressure washed the storefront sidewalks, paver bands, a stamped concrete lane and a parking lot retaining wall at Robson Crossing, a shopping center on Winder Hwy in Flowery Branch, overnight in March 2023. Atlanta · July 2023 Walkway Cleaning and Bird Dropping Removal in Downtown Atlanta, GA In July 2023 we washed bird droppings off the concrete walkways in the Canyon at Centennial Yards South in downtown Atlanta, working in the morning and sending the property team photos the same day. Monroe · February 2023 Shopping Center Sidewalk Cleaning in Monroe, GA We pressure washed the front sidewalks at Monroe Pavilion, a shopping center at 900 Pavilion Parkway in Monroe, overnight in February 2023, with the grocery anchor frontage done between 11 PM and 6 AM. Douglasville · July 2023 Shopping Center Sidewalk Cleaning in Douglasville, GA We pressure washed the storefront sidewalks and covered walkways at Arbor Square, a shopping center in Douglasville, overnight on July 17 to 18, 2023, and sent the property before, during and after photos.
