Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Georgia Bubbles LLC ("Georgia Bubbles", "we", "us") collects through gabubbles.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Georgia Bubbles is a commercial exterior cleaning company serving property managers, HOAs, businesses and institutions in metro Atlanta, Georgia.
Information you give us
When you request a proposal, we ask for:
- your first and last name, phone number and email address;
- your company or association name;
- the property type, number of properties and property address;
- the services you are interested in, a preferred start date, how you heard about us, and any message you write.
If you use the live chat on our site, we receive the messages you send and any name, email address or phone number you choose to give, including through the chat's message form when we are offline.
If you send us your details through a form in one of our LinkedIn ads, LinkedIn passes us what you submit there, such as your name, contact details and company, and your answers to the form's questions. LinkedIn's own privacy policy covers how LinkedIn handles that information (linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy).
If you email, call or text us, we keep the information you share with us.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security data. Our servers and our network provider (Cloudflare) process your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this to deliver the site, limit abuse and block spam.
- Analytics and ad measurement. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed). Our Google Analytics account is linked to our Google Ads account so we can see which ads and pages lead to proposal requests, calls, texts and chats. For calls, texts and chats we measure only that the action happened (for example, that a phone link was tapped), not what you typed. When you send a proposal request, the site also gives Google Ads a scrambled (hashed) copy of the email address and phone number you entered, so Google can match the request to a click on one of our ads (Google calls this enhanced conversions). The scrambling happens in your browser before anything is sent, and Google reports the result to us only as a count of requests that came from our ads. Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage how Google uses your information for ads at myadcenter.google.com.
- Ads shown to past visitors. We may show our ads on Google and LinkedIn to people who have visited our site. To do this, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (a small piece of code from LinkedIn on our pages) use cookies to record that your browser visited our site and which pages it viewed. LinkedIn also receives the page address, the website that referred you, your IP address, browser details and the time of the visit. Google and LinkedIn may connect a visit to your Google or LinkedIn account. We see only totals, such as how many visitors are in a list, never who you are. You can turn off personalized Google ads at myadcenter.google.com. If you are a LinkedIn member, you can turn off ads based on other websites in your LinkedIn settings under Advertising data (linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/categories/ads); if you are not a member, use the targeted advertising opt-out at linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls. Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser also stops this.
- How you found us. When you arrive from an ad, a search engine or a link that carries campaign tags, the site remembers in your browser, for up to 30 days, the page you first landed on, the website that referred you and any campaign or ad-click identifiers in the link (such as UTM tags or a Google click ID). This information stays in your browser and is sent to us only together with a proposal request, so we can tell which of our marketing works.
- Live chat. Our live chat is provided by Tawk.to. The chat widget loads after you scroll, tap or move the mouse on a page, and Tawk.to processes your messages, your IP address, browser details and the page you are on in order to deliver the chat. Tawk.to's privacy policy is at tawk.to/privacy-policy.
- Spam protection. The proposal form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects information about your device and how you interact with the page to tell people from bots. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms).
- Address suggestions. When you type in the property address field, the text you type is sent to Google Maps to suggest matching addresses.
How we use your information
- to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough and prepare a proposal or estimate;
- to schedule, perform, document and invoice the work you approve;
- to send service-related messages, such as scheduling notices and follow-ups;
- to protect the site, prevent fraud and spam, and comply with the law.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- with the crews who perform your job. Our work is carried out by vetted, insured cleaning crews, including subcontractors. They receive the property address, the scope of work and the on-site contact details they need to do the job;
- with service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting (Google Cloud), network and security (Cloudflare), email (Google Workspace), analytics and advertising (Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn), live chat (Tawk.to), spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), address suggestions (Google Maps) and estimating and invoicing (QuickBooks). They may use the information only to provide their services to us;
- when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep proposal requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
- You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; the site will still work. Clearing site data also removes the "how you found us" details described above.
- You can opt out of ads based on your visits to our site, as described under "Ads shown to past visitors" above.
Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to our systems is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses and organizations. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
