These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of gabubbles.com (the "Site"), operated by Georgia Bubbles LLC ("Georgia Bubbles", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting a proposal request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About our services
Georgia Bubbles provides commercial exterior cleaning, including soft washing, pressure washing and window cleaning, for property managers, HOAs, businesses and institutions in metro Atlanta, Georgia. The Site describes our services for general information only.
Proposal requests and estimates
- Submitting a proposal request does not create a contract or obligate either party. It lets us contact you to understand the property and the scope of work.
- Any work we perform is governed by the written proposal, estimate or agreement you approve, which states the scope, schedule, price and any other terms for that job. If that document conflicts with these Terms, that document controls for the job.
- Descriptions, photos, videos and examples on the Site show typical work. Results depend on surface type, age and condition, and every job is scoped individually.
- You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to request services for the property, or are acting on behalf of someone who is.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false or spam requests, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using automated tools to scrape or overload it.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, including text, photos, videos, logos and design, belongs to Georgia Bubbles or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Customer and partner names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify organizations we have worked with.
Third-party services and links
The Site uses third-party services, such as Google reCAPTCHA and Google Maps address suggestions, and may refer to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or always current.
Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
