Office Building Interior Window Cleaning
- Fully insured, COI on request
- Nights & weekends
- Written, itemized proposal
- Before & after photos
Interior window cleaning for office buildings across metro Atlanta. It is the one indoor service we offer, and it exists because a building with clean outside glass and smudged inside glass still looks dirty from a desk. We clean the inside of the windows, glass doors and interior glass panels, usually on the same project as the exterior glass, and we schedule it after hours so tenants and staff are not working around the crew.
What we clean
All the interior glass panels on the windows and doors in your scope.
- The inside face of exterior windows, on every floor in the scope
- Glass entry doors and lobby glass
- Interior glass doors and glass panels
- Stairwell windows
- Atrium and skylight glass from the inside, quoted as its own line
We clean glass only. We do not offer janitorial or general office cleaning, so the proposal covers the windows and doors and nothing else.
How we do it
Inside, every pane is cleaned by hand. A detergent goes onto the glass with an applicator, is worked across the pane and removed, and the glass is dried with a squeegee for a streak-free finish. It is the same method we use on storefront glass outside. The water-fed pole we use on exterior glass is an outdoor tool, so it stays outside.
We remove dust, dirt, spider webs, smudges, streaks and other marks from the glass. Before scheduling, we agree the access: which floors and suites are in the scope, how the crew enters the building after hours, and where tall lobby or atrium glass needs a ladder or a lift.
Some things cleaning cannot fix. Double-pane windows with broken seals have haze inside the sealed unit, between the panes, and no cleaning on either side will clear it. We point those windows out rather than let them read as missed spots.
How often, and when to schedule
Interior glass is out of the weather, so it usually needs cleaning less often than the outside. Entry doors and lobby glass are the exception, because they are touched all day.
The work is done at night or on weekends, when offices are empty. Exterior glass is always cleaned after any building wash, and the interior can be done on the same night or on a separate visit. Many managers schedule the outside after spring pollen season, and the inside can follow on the same project.
If you manage several buildings, interior glass can go on the same recurring program as the exterior, with each building priced as its own line, so the whole portfolio runs on one schedule.
What affects the quote
Interior window cleaning is priced from the amount of glass and how hard it is to reach.
- Count: interior windows, glass doors and glass panels in the scope
- Floors and suites: how many, and whether occupied tenant spaces are included
- Reach: tall lobby, atrium or skylight glass that needs a ladder or lift
- Access: after-hours entry, building security and elevator use
- Combined scope: interior quoted alongside the exterior glass
- Frequency: a single visit or a recurring schedule
Interior and exterior are always separate lines, so you can approve one side, or both, and see what each costs.

Why it matters
Safety
Interior glass is cleaned after hours or on weekends, so staff and visitors are not working around ladders or equipment. Floors, suites and building access are agreed in writing before the crew arrives.
Appearance
Glass that is clean outside and smudged inside still looks dirty from a desk. Cleaning the inside as well finishes the job tenants actually see.
Longevity
Every pane gets a close look during cleaning. Failed seals and damaged glass are pointed out, so they can be repaired rather than mistaken for dirty windows.
Health
Dust, cobwebs and smudges build up on interior glass and on glass doors that are touched all day. Cleaning them by hand keeps lobbies and offices clean where people work.

Questions about office building interior window cleaning
Do you offer interior window cleaning for office buildings?
Yes. Interior window cleaning is the one indoor service we offer, and we provide it for office buildings, usually alongside exterior window cleaning. We clean the inside of windows, glass doors and interior glass panels by hand with a detergent and squeegee for a streak-free finish. The work is done after hours or on weekends, so staff are not working around the crew. We do not offer janitorial cleaning.
What interior glass do you clean in an office building?
All the interior glass panels on the windows and doors in your scope. That usually means the inside of the windows on each floor, glass entry doors and lobby glass, interior glass doors and panels, and stairwell windows. Atrium and skylight glass can be cleaned from the inside as its own line, depending on how it is reached. We confirm the floors and suites in scope before quoting.
Should interior and exterior office windows be cleaned at the same time?
Usually, yes, because glass that is clean on one side only still looks dirty. The exterior is cleaned after any building wash, and the interior can be done on the same night or on a separate visit. Each side is its own line in the proposal, so you can see the cost of each and approve one or both.
How much does interior office window cleaning cost?
It depends on how much glass there is and how it is reached, so we quote each building individually. The count of windows, glass doors and panels, the number of floors and suites, tall lobby or atrium glass that needs a ladder or lift, after-hours access and how often you want it done all affect the price. Interior and exterior are listed as separate lines.
Why do some office windows still look cloudy after cleaning?
Usually because the seal on the window has failed. Double-pane windows with broken seals collect haze between the two panes, inside the sealed unit, and no cleaning on either side can reach it. Hard-water staining that has etched into the outside of the glass is another cause, and that needs restoration rather than cleaning. We point these windows out so they are not mistaken for missed spots.
Do you clean interior atrium and skylight glass?
Yes, as its own line in the proposal. Atrium and skylight glass is quoted inside and outside as separate items, because each side is reached differently. Inside, tall glass may need a ladder or a lift, so we confirm the height and how equipment gets into the space before quoting. The work is scheduled after hours, when the space below is empty.
