<p>A drive-thru lane is the most-seen and least-cleaned concrete on a site. Every customer drives it slowly, twice, with nothing to look at but the surface.</p><p>We clean the lane of tire marks, gum, algae, mold, moss and black streaks, using hot water and a degreaser where grease has tracked out from the kitchen. Approach, order point, window and exit all get the same treatment — the window area is usually the worst because vehicles sit there idling.</p><p>The work is done once the site is closed so the lane is never out of service during trading. As always, not all tire marks come out completely, and we say so before we start rather than after.</p>
