<p>This is the heavier tier above a standard sidewalk clean, for concrete that has years on it rather than a season.</p><p>We clean the entire vicinity of a building — pathways, stairs and hard landscaping — of debris, dirt, algae and mildew. Where needed we use a dedicated concrete cleaner to loosen stains, <strong>200°F hot water</strong>, and a surface cleaner to uplift the dirt before rinsing at high pressure. At that temperature gum softens and lifts as part of the process rather than needing a separate visit.</p><p>We are straight about the limits: rust, oil stains and tire marks will be cleaned and will improve substantially, but they cannot always be removed completely. We say that in the quote, not afterwards.</p>
