Shopping Center Sidewalk Cleaning in Monroe, GA

The property

Monroe Pavilion is a shopping center at 900 Pavilion Parkway in Monroe. Its storefronts, including a grocery anchor, open onto wide concrete sidewalks, much of them under a covered walkway with brick columns. Brick pavers run along the walk at the grocery entrance.

The job

The scope was the front sidewalks of the center, set out in a written scope of work that we prepared for the crew in advance. The grocery anchor needed its frontage cleaned overnight, between 11 PM and 6 AM, so the work was finished before the store opened in the morning. The front sidewalks were cleaned in mid-February 2023.

Photos from the job show:

• the long covered walkway along the storefronts, freshly washed
• the brick paver walk at the grocery entrance
• the paver walkway between the brick columns

The photos were taken at night, right after washing, which is why the concrete and pavers are still wet.

The result

The property manager visited the center afterward and told us it looked good, and asked for the cloth awnings at one storefront to be added next time.

At a center with a grocery anchor, the anchor frontage is scheduled first and has to be finished before the store opens, so we plan the night around it.
