Dumpster Pad and Enclosure Cleaning in Suwanee, GA

The property

Suwanee Jubilee is a shopping center with shops and restaurants at 1500 Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Suwanee. It has three medium dumpster pads and one large pad at the back of the property, each inside a walled enclosure with metal gates.

The job

The first cleaning was on August 19, 2023, the day after the estimate went out. For all four enclosures the scope was:

• the enclosure walls, inside and outside
• the dumpster gates
• the concrete pads, cleaned of debris, mold, grease, black streaks and other surface stains

The inside of the dumpsters was not part of the work. Before, during and after photos went to the property manager with the invoice, and the manager thanked us for getting it on the schedule right away.

In September 2023 the pad inside one enclosure was cleaned as part of a larger job at the center, and in March 2024 the property asked for that enclosure and pad to be done again. We booked it for 6 AM on March 27, and the property manager asked the waste hauler to relocate the container first. The container was not moved ahead of time, so the crew moved it and cleaned underneath it as much as possible.

The result

The photos above show a louvered metal enclosure gate before and after, with the green algae spots gone; a long brick wall before and after washing; and the March 2024 pad before and after, with the debris and dark stains cleared from the concrete. Dumpster pads at this center have now been cleaned on three separate visits.
