High-rise window cleaning for office towers, hotels, campus buildings and multifamily properties across metro Atlanta. Upper-floor glass collects pollen, dust, bird droppings and water spots that nobody sees up close but everyone sees from the street. We plan the access for each building, count the glass, and clean it at night or on weekends where tenants need it.
How we reach the glass
The method depends on the height and shape of the building, and many buildings use more than one.
- Drone: a tethered drone carries the water up the facade and washes upper floors and glass from the ground, on buildings up to 80 stories. Our pilot holds an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, and our drone work is covered by drone liability insurance.
- Lift: glass beyond the reach of a pole is cleaned from a lift, which we confirm before scheduling, including where it can park and whether it can reach every side.
- Water-fed pole: purified, deionized water runs up a pole to a brush that scrubs and rinses the glass, so it dries clear without spots. It cleans the lower and middle floors from the ground.
What we clean
- Glass curtain walls and window walls on office towers
- Upper-floor windows on hotels and mid-rise buildings
- Atrium glass and skylights, quoted as their own line
- Entrance and lobby glass at street level
- Interior glass in office buildings, as a separate line when you want both sides done
What cleaning will and will not fix
We tell you before the job. Insulated windows with broken seals look cloudy between the panes and will still look that way afterward, and hard-water staining that has etched into the glass is a restoration job, quoted separately. Window cleaning always goes after a building wash, because the rinse water from a wash leaves residue on glass.
What affects the quote
- Height, number of stories and the shape of the facade
- Access method: drone, lift, pole, or a combination
- The count of glass panels and windows
- Condition: pollen, bird droppings, water spots and time since the last clean
- Whether interior or atrium glass is included
- Night or weekend timing, and how often you want it done
Why property managers hire us
- Fully insured, with certificates of insurance naming your owner or management company, and drone liability insurance for drone work
- A written, itemized proposal with the glass counted, ready to forward to ownership
- Before-and-after photos with the invoice, and a 100% satisfaction guarantee
Why it matters
Safety
The crew stays on the ground or in a lift, and drone washing keeps people off the side of the building. Fewer entrances and walkways have to close while the glass is cleaned.
Appearance
Upper-floor glass is what the street sees. Clean glass makes the whole building look maintained, from the lobby to the top floor.
Longevity
Bird droppings and hard-water spots left on glass can etch it over time. Regular cleaning removes them before the glass needs restoration.
Health
Bird droppings and pollen collect on glass and ledges above entrances. Washing them off keeps them from falling on the people walking in.

Questions about high-rise window cleaning
How do you clean windows on a high-rise building?
It depends on the building. A tethered drone washes upper floors and glass from the ground on buildings up to 80 stories, glass beyond the reach of a pole can be cleaned from a lift, and a purified water-fed pole cleans the lower and middle floors. Many buildings use more than one method. We plan the access after a walkthrough and put it in the written proposal.
How tall a building can you clean the windows on?
Up to 80 stories by drone, so high-rise towers as well as mid-rise offices and hotels. Every building is different, so we confirm the plan for yours after a walkthrough: where the drone or a lift can set up, where water and power are, and what needs protecting below.
How often should high-rise windows be cleaned?
It depends on the building and its surroundings. Street-level glass gets dirty fastest, while upper floors mostly collect pollen, dust, bird droppings and water spots. Many Atlanta properties clean after spring pollen season, and windows should always be cleaned after a building wash. A recurring schedule keeps each visit a maintenance clean rather than a restoration.
Are you insured for high-rise and drone window cleaning?
Yes. We are fully insured and can name your owner or management company on a certificate of insurance, with additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements on request. Drone work is covered by drone liability insurance, and our pilot holds an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate.
