Commercial Pressure Washing in Gwinnett County

Gwinnett is the most concentrated commercial-retail county in the metro and a large share of our regular work sits here. The I-85 corridor from Norcross through Duluth and Suwanee up to Buford is close to continuous shopping centers, office parks and distribution property, with Sugarloaf Parkway and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard feeding it.

These are the properties that need the repeatable work rather than one-off restoration: sidewalks, curbs and pavers, dumpster pads and enclosures, storefront glass, and awnings above the tenant frontages. Grocery-anchored centers in particular take a beating at the entrances and the cart corrals.

Almost all of it is scheduled at night or on a weekend. Anchored centers in Suwanee, Snellville and Lawrenceville trade late, and the only way to clean a sidewalk properly is with the lot empty and the dumpsters pulled.
