Recurring Shopping Center Sidewalk Cleaning in Stone Mountain, GA

The property

Rockmor Plaza is a shopping center on Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain. Its storefronts sit behind a covered walkway with stone-clad columns, and a small restaurant outparcel stands at the front of the lot with its own raised walkway.

The job

The scope was the front sidewalks and curbs, including the walkway around the outparcel. We came back about every three months: in August 2022, in November 2022 and again in February 2023, when the pylon signs were added to the scope. Most of the work was done at night, after the stores closed, with surface cleaners on the open concrete and wands along the curbs and columns.

The result

Coming back on a schedule keeps a busy center from building up the grime and gum that a once-a-year wash has to fight, and each visit is quicker than the first.
