- Shopping center
In September 2024 we pressure washed the sidewalks, pavers and curbs and the dumpster pad at Shoppes of Scenic Highway, a shopping center at 2050 Scenic Hwy N in Snellville. It was our second cleaning there.
The property
Shoppes of Scenic Highway is a strip shopping center at 2050 Scenic Hwy N in Snellville. The storefronts open onto a covered concrete walkway lined with stacked-stone columns. Side walkways run along the building, and there is a dumpster enclosure with a concrete pad.
The job
The scope was sidewalk, paver and curb cleaning plus the dumpster pad. On the sidewalks we use a degreaser where needed to loosen stains, a surface cleaner to lift the dirt, and a high-pressure rinse. Gum removal was not part of this scope.
The cleaning was first set for September 26, 2024, but the weather pushed it back. The crew did the work on the night of Sunday, September 29, and the before and after photos went to the property manager the next day with the invoice.
Water access is a known issue at this center. On our first visit, in May 2023, we used water from a neighboring business, with its permission.
The result
The photos above pair the same spots before and after:
- the covered walkway along the storefronts
- a side walkway with dark drip lines and stains
- the dumpster pad, covered in leaves and staining before the wash
The property manager told us the property looked much better. We cleaned the center again in September 2026, its third cleaning with us.
