On June 13, 2023 we pressure washed the front sidewalk and curb, the breezeways and the dumpster pad at the 320 Building in Suwanee Town Center, starting early in the morning.
The property
The 320 Building is part of Suwanee Town Center, on Town Center Avenue in Suwanee. Its ground floor has shops and restaurants with colored awnings and patio seating on wide concrete sidewalks, and covered breezeways run through the building.
The job
The scope was the front sidewalk and curb, the building's breezeways and its dumpster pad. The crew started early in the morning, working around the patio furniture with a surface cleaner on the open concrete and a wand in the corners and along the walls.
