- Shopping center
During 2023 we cleaned at The Marketplace at Birmingham Village, a grocery-anchored shopping center in Milton: the grocery store's loading dock canopy and the brick around it, then the sidewalk surfaces around the center.
The property
The Marketplace at Birmingham Village is a grocery-anchored shopping center in Milton, in north Fulton County. Its buildings mix brick, stone and painted siding, with concrete walks, brick paver accents and covered walkways between the shops.
The job
The center's property manager sent the work as separate work orders during 2023. The first covered the grocery store's loading dock: the dock canopy and the brick wall around it. The wall lights there had built-up grime, and the manager asked for them to be wiped down by hand rather than pressure washed. A later work order covered the sidewalk surfaces around the center, and we also came back for touch-ups the grocery store asked for.

More of our work
Shopping Center Pressure Washing in Suwanee, GA
Over three visits in fall 2023 we cleaned the paver walkways, sidewalks and curbs, the awnings, a courtyard fountain wall and the street sign at Suwanee Jubilee, a shopping center on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Suwanee.
Office Building Wash in Smyrna, GA
We soft washed The Atrium, a glass-and-stone office building at 2400 Herodian Way in Smyrna, in October 2024. Ladders, ground rinsing and a tethered drone cleared the dark streaks from its stone panels.
Dumpster Pad and Enclosure Cleaning in Suwanee, GA
We cleaned all four dumpster pads and enclosures at Suwanee Jubilee in Suwanee in August 2023, including the pads, the enclosure walls inside and out, and the gates. One enclosure was cleaned again in March 2024.
