We pressure washed the storefront sidewalks, paver bands, a stamped concrete lane and a parking lot retaining wall at Robson Crossing, a shopping center on Winder Hwy in Flowery Branch, overnight in March 2023.
The property
Robson Crossing is a shopping center at 3446 Winder Hwy in Flowery Branch. The storefronts open onto a covered concrete walkway with brick paver bands and stone-clad columns. A stamped concrete lane in a cobblestone pattern runs beside the building, and a block retaining wall lines the edge of the parking lot.
The job
The cleaning was scheduled for March 2, 2023, from 9 PM to 6 AM, and the property notified its tenants ahead of time. Before booking, we confirmed the center had water hookups the crew could use. We also held the following night open in case any touch-ups were needed.

Thunderstorms were in the forecast, but the night stayed calm and the cleaning went smoothly. We sent the property manager a shared folder of photos the next day.
The result
The photos above show the covered walkway and the stamped lane after washing, and the retaining wall before and after: the green algae staining on the block face is gone. The property manager reviewed the photos and said the work looked good.
We clean retail sidewalks like these overnight so the work does not get in the way of shoppers.
