Georgia Bubbles crew member pressure washing a dumpster enclosure at the Shoppes at Hamilton Mill in Dacula, GA

In May 2022 we cleaned the Shoppes at Hamilton Mill, a shopping center on Braselton Highway in Dacula: two dumpster areas, the sidewalks and curbs with hot water and gum removal, and a soft wash of the awnings.

The property

The Shoppes at Hamilton Mill is a shopping center on Braselton Highway in Dacula, in Gwinnett County. Behind the storefronts, a service alley runs along the brick rear walls, with fenced dumpster enclosures for the tenants.

The job

The scope covered three things: the two dumpster areas, the sidewalks and curbs, and the awnings. The dumpster enclosures and the concrete around them were pressure washed, gates and walls included. The sidewalks and curbs were cleaned with hot water, which is what lifts grease and old gum, and gum spots were removed. The awnings were soft washed at low pressure so the fabric isn't damaged.
