Our work here has been campus work, and technical. Across the buildings we cleaned the entire vicinity — pathways, stairs and hard landscaping — using a concrete cleaner, 200°F hot water and a surface cleaner before rinsing at high pressure. We cleared and flushed the gutters so rainwater ran freely from roof to ground. We cleaned the exterior glass with a DI water-fed pole system for a streak-free finish. And we stripped paint from the underside and sides of a canopy, brush-applied over several days, to give a smooth surface before recoating.
