College Building Wash and Canopy Cleaning in Clarkston, GA

What we did

The building is painted block with covered walkways, a covered shipping and receiving area and a flat roof drained by gutters. The college scheduled the work for its spring break so the campus was empty. In one visit we soft washed the building at low pressure, cleaned every exterior window and door, cleared the gutters, deep cleaned the sidewalks, paths and stairs with 200-degree water and a surface cleaner, and washed the underside and sides of the walkway canopy.

Institutional work like this runs on a purchase order, a certificate of insurance naming the owner and the vendor forms the school requires. We handle all of it before the crew arrives.

The result

The photos show the orange streaks washed off the block wall by the loading door, the mildew gone from around a tall window and the gutters clear of leaves. The college brought us to a second campus two months later.
