A college conference center and its parking structure in Clarkston, washed in April 2023 from a boom lift on the upper walls and brick towers, with the parking deck, stairs and walkways cleaned on the same visit.
What we did
The building has a curved front facade with a glass entrance canopy, and next to it tan wall panels and brick stair towers rise above an open parking level. Over three days we washed the upper wall panels and the tops of the brick towers from a boom lift, cleaned the parking deck floor with a surface cleaner and washed the stairs and concrete walkways around the site. The college provided water and power on site and let us stage the lift beside the building, and we offered a walkthrough afterward to touch up anything they wanted redone.
The result
The before photos show brown staining on the glass canopy and grime on the wall panels above the parking level. Afterward the canopy glass is clear and the panels are a lighter, even tan. This was our first job for the college; it has hired us for two more campuses since.
