Downtown Atlanta is the hardest part of the metro to clean well, because it never really empties. Foot traffic, events, transit and residents mean there is no quiet hour in the way a suburban center has one — so the work goes in overnight and the space is handed back open and dry by morning.

We have cleaned the Nelson Street pedestrian bridge for CIM Group twice, and worked at Centennial Yards South. Elevated pedestrian structures are their own discipline: containment matters as much as cleaning, because whatever comes off the deck cannot be allowed to land on what is underneath.
