Dumpster Pad and Enclosure Cleaning in Suwanee, GA
- Suwanee, GA
- August 2023 and March 2024
- Shopping center
All four dumpster pads and enclosures at a shopping center in Suwanee, cleaned in August 2023: the concrete pads, the enclosure walls inside and out, and the gates. One enclosure was cleaned again in March 2024.
What we did
The center has four dumpster enclosures at the back of the property, each with block walls and metal gates. We pressure washed the enclosure walls inside and out, the gates and the concrete pads, clearing debris, mold, grease, black streaks and other surface stains. The work was done early in the morning, before the stores opened, and the property got before and after photos with the invoice.
Dumpster pads need the container out of the way. We ask the property to have the hauler move it ahead of time, and if it is not moved the crew shifts it and cleans underneath as far as it can.
The result
The photos show a louvered metal gate with the green algae gone, a long brick wall before and after washing, and a pad cleared of debris and dark staining. The center has had its pads cleaned on three separate visits.
