Paver walkways, sidewalks and curbs, storefront awnings, a courtyard fountain wall and the center's street sign, pressure washed at an open-air shopping center in Suwanee in fall 2023, with the walkway work done at night.
What we did
This open-air shopping center has brick paver walkways and concrete sidewalks along its storefronts, awnings over the shops, a central courtyard with a fountain and low brick walls, and a tall brick street sign. Over a few weeks in fall 2023 we pressure washed the walkways, sidewalks and curbs, cleaned the awnings, washed the courtyard fountain wall and masonry, cleaned a dumpster pad and washed the street sign.
Walkways get a degreaser to loosen stains, a surface cleaner to lift the dirt and a hot, high-pressure rinse. Awnings are cleaned with soft brushes, soap and low pressure. The walkway work was done at night so the stores opened on dry, clean concrete.
The result
The before and after photos show the moss and algae gone from the pavers and the dark mildew washed off the brick wall by the courtyard. The center has had us back since for its dumpster pads and its grocery anchor's sidewalks.
