A grocery-anchored shopping center in Milton, cleaned through 2023 under separate work orders: the grocery loading dock canopy and the brick around it, then the sidewalks and paver walks around the center.
What we did
The center mixes brick, stone and painted siding, with concrete walks, brick paver accents and covered walkways between the shops. The property manager sent the work as separate work orders: first the grocery loading dock, its canopy and the brick wall around it, with the wall lights wiped down by hand rather than pressure washed; later the sidewalk surfaces around the center; and touch-ups the grocery store asked for.
The result
The photos show the paver accents and concrete walk under a covered area after cleaning, our crew washing the brick at the loading dock, the dock and canopy, the paver circle by the parking lot and the storefronts. Working from a manager's work orders, one area at a time, is a normal way for us to keep a center on a maintenance footing.
