Pedestrian Bridge Cleaning in Downtown Atlanta, GA

- Pedestrian bridge
The painted deck of a pedestrian bridge in downtown Atlanta, cleaned twice in 2023 at night and in the early morning, under a low-pressure specification written to protect the paint.
What we did
The bridge deck is painted in large blocks of color and lined with planters, benches and mesh railings. A painted surface limits how hard it can be cleaned, so the scope was built around the paint: a mild cleaning solution to loosen stains, a surface cleaner to lift the dirt, and a rinse capped at 1,000 PSI. The work had to happen while the bridge was quiet, so the crew started before sunrise on both visits, in April and June 2023.
The result
The before and after photos show the dirt and the orange-brown stains around the planters gone, with the painted blocks reading as clean, even color. On a coated surface, protecting the finish comes first: some marks such as tire rubber or rust will not come out under these limits, and we say so in the scope before the work starts.

Office Building Wash in Smyrna, GA
A full soft wash of a multi-story glass-and-stone office building in Smyrna in October 2024. Ladders, ground rinsing and a tethered drone cleared the dark streaks from the stone panels without blasting the stone.
