Walkway Cleaning and Bird Dropping Removal in Downtown Atlanta, GA
- Atlanta, GA
- July 2023
- Covered pedestrian walkway
Bird droppings washed off the concrete walkways of a covered pedestrian passage at a mixed-use development in downtown Atlanta in July 2023, with before and after photos sent to the property team the same day.
What we did
The passage runs between tall concrete walls under an overhead structure, past service doors and railings, and bird droppings had built up along the walkways, around the doors and in a line at the base of the wall. We washed the walkway surfaces in a morning shift and sent the property team paired before and after photos that day.
The result
The photos pair the same stretch of walkway and the same service door before and after: the droppings are gone and the concrete is clear. Droppings come back wherever birds keep landing, so for a covered walkway like this the practical answer is a repeat cleaning on a schedule that matches how fast it builds up, which we quote with the first visit.

A full soft wash of a multi-story glass-and-stone office building in Smyrna in October 2024. Ladders, ground rinsing and a tethered drone cleared the dark streaks from the stone panels without blasting the stone.
