The front sidewalks of a grocery-anchored shopping center in Monroe, pressure washed overnight in February 2023, with the grocery frontage done between 11 PM and 6 AM so it was dry before the store opened.
What we did
The storefronts, including a grocery anchor, open onto wide concrete sidewalks under a covered walkway with brick columns, with brick pavers at the grocery entrance. We worked from a written scope prepared for the crew in advance and cleaned the front sidewalks overnight. At a center with a grocery anchor, the anchor frontage is scheduled first and has to be finished before the store opens, so we plan the night around it.
The result
The night photos were taken right after washing, so the concrete and pavers are still wet; the daytime photos a few days later show the storefronts and sidewalks clean and dry. The property manager walked the center afterward and asked for the cloth awnings at one storefront to be added next time.
