Walkways and Buildings Cleaned While Students Are Away
- Around the academic calendar
- Public purchase orders
- COI, W-9 & E-Verify
- 200°F water for gum
Georgia Bubbles cleans the outside of college campuses, schools and institutional buildings across metro Atlanta for facilities directors and maintenance teams: walkways, courtyards and stairs, building washes, exterior windows, gutters, canopies, parking decks and dumpster pads. We have cleaned multi-campus college facilities on public purchase orders. We work only on the outside of the buildings.
A campus needs more from a vendor than clean concrete: work timed to the academic calendar, paperwork that clears public purchasing, and access agreed before the crew arrives. This page explains how we handle each of those.

Walkways first, buildings and glass in one visit
Campus walkways, courtyards and stairs are deep cleaned with a concrete cleaner, 200-degree water and a surface cleaner, which also lifts gum. On a campus in Covington this cleared the dark staining from the walkways between two buildings and along the fire lane, and the work was done at night.
At a college building in Clarkston the whole exterior was done over spring break while the campus was empty: a building wash, every exterior window and door, the gutters, the sidewalks and stairs, and the walkway canopy. The windows go last, because a building wash leaves residue on the glass.
Taller buildings, from a lift
At a college conference center in Clarkston the upper wall panels and the tops of the brick stair towers were washed from a boom lift over three days, and the parking deck, stairs and walkways were cleaned on the same visit. The college provided water and power on site and let us stage the lift beside the building. Where a lift is impractical, our drone washing service reaches the upper floors from the ground.

What campus facilities managers say
“Thank you for getting this done for us. The walkways and exterior areas look so much better. Your crew was great to work with and did a nice job working around everyone on campus.”
One vendor across your campuses
Each campus or building is quoted on its own proposal, so each can go through its own purchase order. After our first job for one technical college, it hired us for two more of its campuses. On a recurring maintenance program the scope is agreed once, each area gets its own cycle, and we contact you when the next visit is due. A committed schedule is priced better per visit than one-off cleaning.

Questions campus facilities teams ask us
Do you work with colleges, schools and public institutions?
Yes. We have cleaned multi-campus college facilities on public purchase orders, and we are set up for public-sector procurement: vendor registration, purchase orders, certificates of insurance, W-9, E-Verify affidavits and Net 30 invoicing. After our first job for one technical college, it hired us for two more of its campuses.
When do you schedule campus work?
Around the academic calendar, such as spring break, when students are away and there are fewer people on the walkways. At a college building in Clarkston the whole exterior was cleaned over spring break while the campus was empty, and on a campus in Covington the walkway cleaning was done at night. Larger jobs run over several days; a conference center wash took three.
Can you work on a purchase order and complete our vendor setup?
Yes. We complete vendor registration and onboarding forms, provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance naming the owner, and sign the E-Verify affidavit public institutions require. We work against purchase orders, show your PO number and the property address on the invoice, and invoice Net 30. All of it is handled before the crew arrives.
What does a campus exterior cleaning include?
Usually the sidewalks, paths, stairs, courtyards and curbs, building washes, exterior windows and doors, gutters, covered walkways and canopies, parking decks and lots, and dumpster pads, with roofs and fountains where they are needed. Each area is its own line on the proposal, so the work can be approved and scheduled building by building or campus by campus.
How do you remove gum and staining from campus walkways?
With a concrete cleaner, 200-degree hot water and a surface cleaner, then a high-pressure rinse. At 200 degrees, gum softens and lifts with the rest of the dirt. On a campus in Covington this cleared the dark staining from the walkways and along the fire lane. Rust, oil and tire marks are cleaned but cannot always be fully removed, and our estimates say so up front.
How do you wash multi-story campus buildings?
Usually from a lift, after we confirm where it can be staged and whether it reaches every side. At a college conference center in Clarkston the upper wall panels and the tops of the brick stair towers were washed from a boom lift. Where a lift is impractical, our drone washing service reaches the upper floors from the ground. The windows go last, because a building wash leaves residue on the glass.
Do you need to walk the campus before you quote?
Not usually. We measure the campus from satellite and street-level imagery and any photos you send, and send back a map of the cleaning area for you to confirm, so nothing is missed. Before the crew arrives we confirm site access in writing, including water, power and where a lift can be parked.
Do you offer recurring cleaning for campuses?
Yes. The scope is agreed once, in writing, and each area gets its own cycle: busy walkways and entrances need the shortest one, while building washes, roofs and windows run longer. A committed schedule is priced better per visit than one-off cleaning, and each campus or building can be quoted on its own proposal.
Do you clean inside campus buildings?
No. We clean the outside of the property only: walkways, buildings, glass, canopies, gutters, roofs, parking areas and dumpster pads. We do not clean inside buildings or do janitorial work.
Which areas do you serve?
Colleges, schools and institutional campuses across metro Atlanta, in Barrow, Bartow, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Newton, Paulding, Rockdale, Spalding and Walton counties. Each county has its own page listing the cities we work in.
