The front sidewalk and curb, the covered breezeways and the dumpster pad at a mixed-use retail and dining building in Suwanee, pressure washed early one morning in June 2023 around the patio seating.
What we did
The building's ground floor has shops and restaurants with awnings and patio seating on wide sidewalks, and covered breezeways run through it. The crew started early in the morning, before the restaurants set up, working around the patio furniture with a surface cleaner on the open concrete and a wand in the corners and along the walls, then cleaned the breezeways and the dumpster pad.
The result
The photos show the storefronts and patio seating along the sidewalk, the surface cleaner lifting dirt from the concrete, a breezeway being washed, a restaurant patio with its tables and a finished sidewalk along the building. Early starts are how we handle dining-heavy properties that never fully close.
