Shopping Center Sidewalk Cleaning in Snellville, GA
- Snellville, GA
- May 2023, September 2024 and September 2026
- Night work
- Strip shopping center
Sidewalks, pavers, curbs and the dumpster pad at a strip shopping center in Snellville, pressure washed at night in May 2023, September 2024 and again in September 2026, each time with before and after photos for the property manager.
What we did
The storefronts open onto a covered concrete walkway with stacked-stone columns, with side walkways along the building and a dumpster enclosure at the back. On each visit we cleaned the sidewalks, pavers and curbs and the dumpster pad: a degreaser where stains need it, a surface cleaner to lift the dirt and a high-pressure rinse, done overnight so the stores open on a dry walk.
Water access is tight at this center, so we arranged a supply before the first visit. Planning details like that are part of every proposal.
The result
The photos pair the same spots before and after: the covered walkway, a side walkway with dark drip lines, and the dumpster pad cleared of leaves and staining. The property has had us back twice since the first cleaning.

Office Building Wash in Smyrna, GA
A full soft wash of a multi-story glass-and-stone office building in Smyrna in October 2024. Ladders, ground rinsing and a tethered drone cleared the dark streaks from the stone panels without blasting the stone.
