Overnight Mall Entrance Cleaning in Atlanta, GA

What we did

Mall entrances open onto covered concrete vestibules and brick paver plazas that carry heavy foot traffic every day. We cleaned the entrance after the mall closed. Before any water went down, the crew sealed every door with waterproof tape. They then cleaned the concrete with a hot-water surface cleaner, which lifts the gum, grease and ground-in dirt that cold water leaves behind, scrubbed along the door thresholds by hand and rinsed the brick pavers in front of the entrance.

The result

The photos show the surface cleaner steaming across the concrete at the doors, a crew member scrubbing along the thresholds and the walkway before and after. The mall's team confirmed the next morning that the area was clean. Sealing the doors first is what lets this kind of work happen overnight at an indoor mall without any water getting inside.
