Every property is different, so we price each job from a walkthrough and send a written, itemized proposal. These are the things that move the number:

Commercial Pressure Washing FAQs
How much does commercial pressure washing cost?
It depends on the property: the size and number of surfaces, what is on them (mildew, rust, gum, oil), how hard they are to reach, whether the work has to happen after hours, and how often you want it done. We price every job from a walkthrough of the property and send a written, itemized proposal.
Can you work at night or on weekends?
Yes. Much of our commercial work is done overnight, before opening or over a weekend, so walkways are dry and storefronts are finished before tenants and customers arrive. Work is zoned so only part of a property is closed at a time.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We are fully insured and issue certificates of insurance naming your owner, management company or lender, with endorsements such as additional insured and waiver of subrogation when your contract requires them. We also provide a W-9 and work through purchase orders and vendor onboarding.
What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft washing uses low pressure and cleaning solutions to remove mildew, algae and dirt from building facades, roofs and awnings without damaging them. Pressure washing is for hard surfaces such as concrete sidewalks, curbs and plazas. Hot water is used for grease, oil and gum on dumpster pads, drive-thrus and entrances.
How often should a commercial property be pressure washed?
It depends on traffic. Entrances, sidewalks and dumpster pads at busy retail centers are often cleaned monthly or quarterly; building washes and exterior windows are usually done once or twice a year. We can set up a recurring program so it happens on schedule without a new quote each time.
