We Work Nights and Weekends

Most commercial properties have people on them all day. Exterior cleaning means hoses, water, noise and wet walkways — none of which mixes well with your tenants, customers or staff.

So a large share of our work is done overnight, before opening, or over a weekend. Awnings and storefronts are cleaned at night so the glass and walkways are dry and finished before the first customer arrives. Sidewalks, curbs and dumpster pads are done when the lot is empty and the dumpsters can be pulled.

We schedule around your occupancy, not our convenience. Work is zoned so only part of a property is closed at a time, walkways are left dry and passable, and we can provide tenant notice text to circulate beforehand.

If a service needs the area cleared first — a dumpster pulled ahead of a pad cleaning, for example — we flag it in the written quote so the coordination happens before the crew arrives, not on the night.

Serving commercial property across the greater Atlanta area. We can usually schedule within 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the job. Minimum charge for any job is $575.
