College Campus Sidewalk Pressure Washing in Covington, GA

What we did

The area covered long concrete walkways between two campus buildings, a sidewalk along the fire lane, a courtyard picnic area under a metal awning, and patios with benches. We walked the site with campus maintenance, sent a map of the cleaning area for the college to confirm, then deep cleaned all of the flatwork and curbs with concrete cleaner, 200-degree hot water to remove gum, a surface cleaner and a high-pressure rinse, and washed the awning underside. The work was done at night, and the crew came back for a final walkthrough with maintenance.

The result

The photos show the same walkways before and after: the dark staining on the split walkway and along the fire lane is gone, and the concrete is an even light tan again. Rust, oil and tire marks are cleaned but cannot always be fully removed, and our estimates say so up front.
