Office Building Wash in Smyrna, GA

- Multi-story office building
A full soft wash of a multi-story glass-and-stone office building in Smyrna in October 2024. Ladders, ground rinsing and a tethered drone cleared the dark streaks from the stone panels without blasting the stone.
What we did
The building's ground floor is wrapped in light stone panels below floors of reflective glass, with two glass wings around a courtyard and a skylight on the roof. Dark vertical streaks had run down the stone on several walls. In October 2024 we soft washed the whole exterior: a high volume of water at low pressure, applied from ladders and the ground, with a tethered drone washing the upper courtyard walls and the crew cleaning the rooftop skylight early in the morning.
Water getting inside is the main risk on a building wash, so the property team got a progress report at the end of each day.
The result
The before and after photos show the same walls: the streaks are gone and the stone is an even light color again. A building wash leaves soap and water residue on glass, so we recommend window cleaning right after it.
