Shopping Center Building Wash in Suwanee, GA

- Shopping center
The long wall of a shopping center in Suwanee that faces the road, streaked with mildew and algae below its coping, soft washed in August 2025.
What we did
The wall of this shopping center that faces the road is a long run of light-colored panels between brick pilasters, topped by a raised parapet with a light coping band. Dark streaks of mildew and algae ran down from the coping and from the horizontal band across the middle of the wall. We washed the entire wall facing the road with our soft washing method, high volume at low pressure, removing the dirt, cobwebs, algae, mold and mildew.
The result
The photos show the same wall before and after, taken from the same spots: the streaks are gone and the panels and coping are an even color again. One area, where the roof changes height, had been stained for so long that it lightened significantly but did not come off completely, and we said so on the invoice. The cleaning was finished on August 11, 2025, and the invoice and photos went to the property manager the same day. The manager wrote back the same day that it looked great, and a week later asked us to price another of their properties.
