Shopping Center Awning Cleaning in Jonesboro, GA

What we did

The storefronts sit under a mix of standing-seam metal awnings and fabric awnings. The property asked for all of them to be cleaned, so we mapped every awning on the center, confirmed the scope with the manager and cleaned them with soft brushes, soap and low pressure. Before starting, the crew photographed and marked existing tears on the fabric awnings so their condition was on record. The exterior window cleaning followed two days later, because runoff from an awning wash leaves residue on the glass below.

The result

The photos show a green metal awning streaked with dirt before cleaning and a metal awning after, a fabric awning with mildew on the trim above it, the storefronts at night and the glass during the window cleaning. The property reviewed before and after photos instead of a site walk.
