- Warehouse
On May 20, 2022 we washed a warehouse on Majors Road in Cumming for a contractor turning the building over: the metal roof, the building exterior, and the metal ceiling and walls inside, worked from a scissor lift.
The property
The building is a brick-fronted warehouse on Majors Road in Cumming, in Forsyth County, with a standing-seam metal roof, skylight panels and an open steel-frame interior.
The job
A contractor hired us to clean the building as part of a turnover. In one day the crew soft washed and pressure washed the metal roof and the building exterior, then moved inside and washed the metal ceiling, roof framing and walls from a scissor lift. On a metal roof, soft washing does most of the work, so the panels and seams are cleaned without forcing water under the laps.
